Shipment and Delivery

What is the delivery time of the shipment?

Your shipment will be supplied directly from our and our supplier’s warehouses. This may be the reason why you will sometimes receive multiple packages. This is the reason we can keep our Home Office Shop prices competitive.

The average delivery time of your order is between 2 to 5 working days in the Benelux. Outside the Benelux delivery may take a little longer.

Can I receive my order at a different location? Absolutely, you can change the delivery address yourself at check-out.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs for delivery within the Benelux are € 4,95 for orders below EUR 50. When spending over EUR 50,00 in our webshop, no shipping costs will be charged.

How can I order?

To order, you simply go to the product you would like to have and click on it. It will then automatically placed into your shopping cart. Click on ‘Pay now’ and fill in your delivery address. Payment can easily be done via Ideal or Creditcard.

Can I choose the time of delivery?

It is currently not possible to choose a specific time slot for delivery. It is not possible for us to provide a specific time.

I live outside the Benelux, can I also place an order?

Absolutely, that is very simple. However, shipping charges will be a little higher as a result.

I miss part of my order, how is this possible?

It is possible that products will be shipped separately. Usually you will receive the missing products a couple of days later. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

Can I cancel my order?

99% of cases your package will arrive within the stated delivery time frame. Unfortunately it may be possible that an order has been delayed. If you have not heard anything after 4 working days following the stated delivery time? Please contact us through the contact form on our website or send a message via WhatsApp.

The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?

You can cancel your order without charge within 7 days. Please contact the HomeOfficeShop helpdesk and you will receive a confirmation of the cancellation of your order. Your payment will be automatically refunded.

Returns

How can I return a shipment?

If an article does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days after receipt in its original packaging and without it having been used. You will pay the fee for return items yourself.

Prior to returning your article, please contact us via our contact form, otherwise we will not be able to accept your return. Always state the reason for return and your order reference number for prompt administration.

Upon return, your article will be checked in our warehouse after which you will receive a full refund.

What do I need to do when returning an item?

Please make sure the article is returned in its original packaging. We will not accept returns that are damaged or not packaged adequately.
